Design Process

Stage 1

Brand Direction: Established the core idea — a mark that sits at the intersection of craft and code. Tested concepts pulling from circular instrument forms, modular grid structures, and typographic "B" treatments.

Stage 2

Symbol Development: Refined the chosen direction into a clean, distinctive mark. Tested optical balance across white and dark backgrounds and validated that the form read clearly as a favicon and at large display scale.

Stage 3

Color System: Settled on a deep purple (#583595) as the primary brand tone — communicating creative ambition and technical precision without defaulting to obvious tech-blue or creative-orange territory.

Stage 4

Final System: Delivered the full identity — symbol, wordmark, and lockup — with clear usage rules for web, social, print, and product contexts. The system is designed to extend naturally as the practice grows.
